Shipping within New Zealand
In New Zealand all items are sent via Fastway Couriers.
International shipping is available worldwide, but please contact us prior to confirming your order so we can advise the shipping costs.
If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
Goods must be returned within 10 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging accompanied by the original invoice number.
E-mail us in the first instance outlining your problem. Include the following information: Invoice number, reason for return, and a daytime phone number. Also let us know whether your preference is replacement or refund.
